Shipping policy
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business day after payment is authorized and verified.
- All orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive via email a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
- *For Puerto Rico orders, please allow 1-4 business days to receive your package after it was shipped out. For US orders, please allow 5-7 business days.
- Dress Me Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; customers are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. With the tracking number you can claim directly to USPS.
- Ensure that the direction provided is correctly. We are not responsible for customer errors.
- Returned items due to incorrect addresses will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay.
