Refund policy
- We will gladly accept items eligible for return ONLY for store credit or change the item in another size, if applicable, and if is available at the time of change. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
- Store credit must be used completely at the time of redemption.
- Our return policy lasts 5 days after the order has been delivered. (Starting when the tracking number appears as “delivered”).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, without damage and returned within 5 days that the order has been delivered (Including Saturdays). Once we receive the product, it be evaluated. We reserve the right to refuse returns if any of the mentioned conditions does not meet.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Customers can make ONLY 2 consecutive returns. And we only accept 5 returns per calendar year.
- Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchange and will be considered a final sale.
- Please be aware that all Jewelry, bodysuits, bags and accessories purchases are final, These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Dress Me Boutique are not responsible for any delay, lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS.
